Redbirds Game on the Bluff

A few weeks ago my husband and I had a date night out and we decided we wanted to go to the Redbirds game. We got tickets to sit on the bluff, which in my opinion is the best seat in the stadium. For $5 in advance and $7 at the door you can’t beat that. We brought our blanket, enjoyed the cool breeze and sat and talked and watched the ball game.

The bluff is great for kids and families. If you have kids, you know how hard it would to keep them still through an entire ballgame. The bluff allows for families to come and enjoy themselves and move about freely without the worry of climbing over people like you would have to in the stands. Right next to the bluff is an area just for kids to play games and run about.

Over at the bluff your always bound to catch a home-run ball that gets hit.

My husband and I just happened to go to the ballgame on Memorial Day weekend, not knowing there were going to be fireworks. We were in for a surprise! The view was amazing, it was neat to see the fireworks so close!
