		<description>There were well over 300 people there -- standing room only, with great diversity in the crowd! The speakers were wonderful and powerful.  The response to our speakers was warm and appreciative. After all, it is good to receive some good news from time to time. Operation SafeCommunity initiatives have succeeded in lowering crime rates in Memphis! 
Yet, there is still more to do. Please call to join us on the bus to Nashville on Feb 24. It will be a long day, but advocacy is very rewarding, and friendships can be made and deepened... If you can&#039;t please call/email/mail to your elected officials in Nashville to back legislation that will strengthen punishment for crimes with guns!</description>
