A request from our friend Kerry Hayes, our city’s new research and innovation specialist. Let’s help make the City of Memphis website a national model for accessibility, efficiency and transparency!
The Office of Information Services and the Mayor’s staff have collaborated on a very brief survey intended to gather input from the public about the city’s website, MemphisTN.gov. As we prepare to renovate and relaunch this website, we want to gather as much input from as many people as we can over the course of the next month, with the intention of developing the most functional, user-friendly, and attractive online resource possible for the City of Memphis.
The website survey can be accessed at http://tinyurl.com/MemphisWebSurvey2. Comments and suggestions about the website – specifically, what you would like to see included in the next version of MemphisTN.gov – may be sent to directly to websitesurvey@memphistn.gov
Please take a moment to complete the survey, circulate this link to y0ur friends and contacts, post it to your blogs, Twitter feeds and Facebook pages, and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
