Tom Lee Park
Great to be in Memphis this weekend. First a game of catch over at Tom Lee Park to the backdrop of a riverside sunset and the downtown Memphis skyline. Families, couples, kids, people getting off work–everybody was out biking, walking, just enjoying the evening. It’s always exciting how the early Spring coaxes everyone back outside. Then Saturday it was the drive up to USA Stadium in Millington to watch the Memphis Tigers shutout Valpariso. Only $5 to watch some pretty great college baseball!
Oh, yeah, and did I mention it was in the 70s throughout all of this! In other parts of the country I’m sure it was snowing. I love how early Spring comes here.
